The Big Dig UK is a project led by Sustain organisation; encouraging people to join in at their local community garden and to get growing!
In 2013, several Totnes garden groups have come together to join forces, providing a unique opportunity to bring the community a showcase of gardening in the town.
The garden groups of Transition Town Totnes, Landmatters, The Parsonage Gardens and Totnes Development Trust invite you to join them throughout the year.
Opportunities going on:
Week commencing March 16th : This is a call to all [potential, old and new] volunteers in the community to come down to your local garden and help get them ready for the growing season ahead!

from Business in the Community: Give & Gain in March, then other dates in April/May... with the Open Edible Garden day in September.
